Ladies in stunning evening gowns whose perfume were blended with gentlemen cigar, ready to enjoy the show from their table in the front row. “Chantants were the charming singers of those Cafes, also attended by women who had fun imitating those gestures and clothing that drove their men crazy. In italian way of speech, “chantant became “sciantosa that is a kind of extreme feminity and charming,in a full Italian folk.
